  After waiting 1 hour 10 minutes I called back and was told my credit card did not go through and they did not start cooking the pizza! On top of that I asked why someone did not call me back and their reply was 'are you going to keep me on the phone?', which my reply was 'no, I need to get off the phone and right a review', amazing and funny, I could not believe it. Good luck with getting your pizza.

  I wouldn't give even one star, but otherwise can't write. Carlos Pizza used to be my and my family's favorite for countless years, never could imagine they would be so cold hearted and careless, today having a lunch there, I stepped out for a minute and going back in I tripped on that terrible step they have by the entrance, lost balance and with full speed hit the table,fall down, my elbow was bleeding, got huge bruise on my wrist I was so dizzy, customer next table ran to help me, when owner and whole stuff stayed behind the counter, never even move, not even offer of glass of water or piece of ice. someone else would call the caps and sue them for. Shame on you all, heartless and rude. You just lost your best customer and I'll do my best so none of my friends and family ever step in your shop.

  Best pizza I've ever had. My parents took me as I kid and I still go now at least once a month to get a pizza because it's amazing. If you like pizza you need to go to Carlos.
