  Be aware your statement will be higher then actual check
  
  Food I would give 4/5 stars
  Service 3, have to ask for water refill and fresh pepper. No specials are offered
  However with a tip my check was less then I been charged on credit card
  We are not coming back and certainly won't recommend this place to our friends.
  It's up to costumer to decide how much tips should be left and not up to restaurant
  We left 15% however been charged 20% automatically before we even signed a check.
  After conversation with waiter they blamed a bank ("sometimes banks do that, overcharging in advance to cover a tip")
