  Food was very good, but the service was very disapointing.
  
  I went with my wife (gluten free) and 2 year old.  Here was our experience from each of the 3 menu’s that we ordered from:
  
  Me – Regular Menu – Lobster roll was very good, accompanying chips were also pretty good.  I was only drinking water, which was unfortunately only re-filled once in the 2+ hours we were there.My Wife – Gluten Free Menu – We were not brought a gluten-free menu at the table.  My wife recalled that the ceasar salad was gluten free from from briefly looking at the menu online beforehand.  To be sure, she asked the waiter if it was gluten free but was told no.  She questioned this, he double checked, and whattaya know it was gluten free.  When it came, the salad was very good.  However, when dessert time came, the waiter informed us that none of the dessert items were gluten free.  Bummer.  However a check of the gluten free menu when we got home revealed that there are a number of gluten free dessert options.  Annoying.The 2 Year Old – Kid’s Menu – Again, we were not brought a kid’s menu at the table, but from the quick check beforehand we recalled a grilled cheese and fries being available.  We order that and it was quite good (everyone particularly enjoyed the fries).  Again, when taking a look at the menu online after getting home, we see that all of the kid’s meals include a soda and a dessert.  Our waiter did not offer either.  Now we feel cheated in addition to just annoyed.
  
  I can only hope that the service was not reflective of the establishment as a whole, we just lucked out and got the worst waiter there.  We would give the place a second chance since the food was very good, but would request a different server if we ended up with the same one.
  
  Just a note, this was lunchtime on a Sunday.  The place was VERY quiet, so this was not a case of a waiter being stretched thin working too many tables.

  Since the new ownership has taken over the restaurant, which already has an elegant atmosphere and good seafood has gotten better. My only gripe is that they don't do the birthday coupons anymore which were a great way to save money on Lobster and other seafood delicacies. Louie's has great scenic views of the water and a pleasant and nice waitstaff.

  The old ownership is way better than now they had so much more on the menu and had great bread they put on the table when we would be seated the service used to be really quick now it's slow I'll say something positive food is still good and waiters are nice so I'll give this a 3

  This place is ridiculously good. Great outdoors on the water dining experience. They've got giant mussels like I've never seen. I've been here many times and plan to be back many more times. Try it...you'll like it.
